We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least [24/48] hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation Guidelines:
• For appointments or services:
• Cancellations must be made [24/48] hours or more before the scheduled time to not incur a charge.
• Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a [ 50%percentage of the service cost].
• No-shows or failure to cancel before the scheduled time will result in a [full charge/no refund] for the missed service.
Late Arrivals:
Please Try to arrive on time. However you are Graced with a 10 minute window anything after 10 mins is considered a No show and will result in Rescheduling for a later date or you can place your name on the waitlist provided through the website but a cancellation fee will be applied
